Do I have to purchase a swag package to attend GeoWoodstock XXII?
Absolutely not! Everyone is welcome! There will be plenty of fun for all geocachers and muggles alike!
When does registration open?
Registration will open by fall of 2025. Be sure to post your “
Will Attend” for the event and
“like” our page on Facebook to be notified about registration and any other event updates!
Is there an admission charge to attend the event?
Absolutely not! GeoWoodstock is absolutely free to attend! But bring your wallet, because we have some really great vendors! :)
I didn't get registered. Can I still attend?
Yes, yes, yes! Come out and enjoy the day! We have events starting from Thursday through Sunday. Come and attend any or all of them!
What happens if I register and can't make the event?
If you register for GeoWoodstock and can't make the event, we will send you the items purchased after the event is over with an additional fee to cover shipping costs.
What's the design for the GeoWoodstock pathtags, geocoins, or t-shirt?
The designs for the pathtags, geocoins, and t-shirt are not going to be fully released until the day of the event. We might release a few sneak previews during the time leading up to the event but the full design won't be released until the event.
Are the event t-shirts trackable?
Event t-shirts will not be trackable
