Geowoodstock is one of the world’s largest geocaching events, bringing together geocachers, outdoor enthusiasts, and vendors from around the globe for a weekend of community, activities, and adventure.
Vendors are invited to showcase products, services, and organizations to a highly engaged and family-friendly audience.
● Appropriate Vendor Categories Include:
○ Geocaching-related merchandise
○ Outdoor and adventure gear
○ GPS, mapping, and technology products
○ Handmade goods, art, and collectibles
● Appropriate Exhibitor Categories Include
○ Tourism and travel organizations
○ Local regional Geocaching group
○ Upcoming MEGA Event
○ Nonprofit and community organizations
● Standard Booth Size: 10’ x 10’
● Location: Indoor and outdoor options available
● Electricity: Available upon request (limited)
● Vendor Setup:
○ Friday 2-5 pm (Doors will be locked 5:15)
○ Saturday 7:15 -8:45
● Event Hours: 9am - 3pm
● Vendor Breakdown: 3pm-5pm
● Vendor Booth Fee: $60
● Exhibitor (No Selling)Rate: Free
● Tables: $9.00 ea (Vendors can provide own for free)
● Chairs: $1.00 ea (Vendors can provide own for free)
All vendor fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
● Vendors / exhibitors must comply with all event, venue, and local regulations.
● All products and displays must be appropriate for a family-friendly event.
● Vendors / exhibitors can not promote or sell other geolocation game items (i.e. munzee pokemon GO, etc)
● No open flames or hazardous materials permitted.
● Vendors / exhibitors are responsible for their own setup, staffing.
● Exhibitors can not sell any items on fairgrounds.
